Hi Jr. Class Parents,
We have started the huge task of fundraising for After Prom and our kids Senior Breakfast. We have a great committee, but we need you and your kids' help too. We have several fundraisers planned in the next couple of months to help up reach the goal of $15,000-20,000. You should have received the parent letter in November with an ask for you to volunteer and donate money or a basket worth $25 or more for the Quarter Auction on March 9th. Baskets are due to Mindy Grube by February 24th.
We can only make this goal if everyone does their part. We understand that some kids will not go to Prom, but this is for both Prom and their Senior Breakfast so participation is important for all junior parents and students.
I have attached the parent letter with the volunteer QR Code for donations. I have also attached a letter that you can send or take to local businesses for their tax deductible donations. We have a list of businesses that have already been contacted. Please email Mandy Havenar if you want to check if a business has been asked.
